Complete project protection

If keeping your project under wraps is a priority, this is the way to go. Everything stays secured behind a password, so only those with the right credentials can get in. You can control access by setting up password-protected viewer accounts or generating direct links to specific pages. This ensures your brand guidelines remain locked down, visible only to the right people.

Selective page protection

Corebook° gives you the flexibility to keep certain pages private while making others publicly accessible. With the option to password-protect individual sections, you can control who sees what—perfect for sharing select content with external partners while keeping sensitive details secure. A seamless way to manage different access levels within the same project.

Managing Locked Pages

You have control over how restricted pages are shown to public users:

Hide locked pages - Yes: Unauthorized users won’t see restricted content at all.

Hide locked pages - No: Public users will see that the content exists on page name level but will need to request access. A Brand Owner or Core Admin must approve their request.

Enterprise-level security with SSO

For bigger teams, Single Sign-On (SSO) makes access control effortless. Team members can log in with their company credentials, ensuring:

°Immediate access for internal users.

°Automatic removal of access when someone leaves.

SSO is a great fit for organizations looking for a secure and streamlined way to handle in-house team management.

Visibility Overview

Visible – Open for viewing without the need to log in. Can also be paired with individual page password protection, making it possible to restrict certain sections while keeping others freely accessible. Supports multiple access levels, including public viewers, password-protected Viewer accounts, SSO users, and Access links—all within the same project.

Password Protected – Available only to those with password-protected Viewer accounts, SSO authentication, or a designated Access link.

Hidden – Kept entirely behind the scenes, accessible solely to the Brand Owner, Core Admins, and Editors until it is officially made public.

Viewer access management

Corebook° gives you three ways to manage access to password-protected content in your brand guidelines.

Viewer Accounts – Set up and manage in your project’s global settings. These accounts require unique logins and passwords, giving you complete control over who has access. You can update or revoke permissions at any time.

Access Links – Also managed in global settings, these links let you share password-protected content without requiring a login. Just keep in mind that since links can be forwarded, access isn’t as tightly controlled—best suited for short-term collaborations.

SSO Users – Managed through your organization’s SSO provider, allowing users to log in with their existing company credentials. Corebook° supports seamless setup, making this the best option for automated, scalable access management.

Password Protection for Asset Library

Brand assets require the right level of security, and with Corebook°, you stay in control of who gets access. Here’s how it works:

The BAM feature is exclusive to logged-in users—Brand Owners, Core Admins, Editors, Password-Protected Viewers, and SSO Users.

To refine access for specific sections, hover over a folder in BAM view, open settings, select Manage Access, and set permissions accordingly.
